You are free to:

• Play and Broadcast: Publicly play, stream or broadcast the original Work in its entirety on radio, TV, internet platforms, or podcasts.

3. Restrictions and Conditions

Your use of the Work is strictly conditioned upon compliance with the following rules:

• No Sampling or Excerpting: You must not utilize any part, section, loop, melody, or fragment of the Work as a component of another production, remix, or new recording.

Wherever the Work is played, shared, or broadcast, you must provide clear and prominent credit to the original artist/creator and rights holder.

The Work is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The rights holder accepts no liability for any claims or damages arising from the use or distribution of the Work.
